Our classes are exclusively being taught at Club Cardio + Fitness Bar in Raleigh, NC. Over the past year we have developed a library of choreography for instructors to teach. Our library, playlist and format for teaching will be provided to all instructors wishing to be certified under our brand.

Step Reloaded University

As our class style and teaching techniques are not just step aerobics elements, it is important that each certified instructor can convey a certain level of energy and ability to teach the class with dance elements.
